1000 Hour Service, 2-Cylinder, 3-Cylinder, 4-Cylinder
1000 hour service is 100, 500 hour services plus additional services required at 1000 hours.
Engine - New oil filter and oil, replace spark plugs & spark plug wires, replace air filter and all belts or drive coupler - inspect and adjust engine operating speeds based on manufacturer specifications. (the replacement of belts or engine couplers will be estimated and added to the above costs prior to service due to the differences from one truckmount to another).
Engine - replace fuel filter
Pressure pump - the pressure pump will receive new oil in the crankcase.
Pressure regulator - remove packing, inspect and lube o-rings
vacuum pump - drain flush and refill blower crankcase oil front and rear, some blowers will get oil in rear crankcase and bearing grease for the front
Chemical system - Inspect the operation of the chemical system, prime valve , flow meter valve, flow meter viewer, and outlet check valve.
Chemical system - We will preform rebuild service to the chemical pump.
Outlet check valve - we will perform rebuild service to the outlet check valve.
Heating system - Inspect the operation of the heating system, make any needed adjustments required to keep it in good operation, different machines have different components to control the heating system, All these components will be inspected for operation an wear.
Battery & charging system - Inspection of battery both volts and amps to test for battery readiness, Inspect the charging system for function and proper output to keep the battery charged.
Other - Inspection all the belts and or drive couplers on the equipment, inspection of hoses and wiring for fraying or wear, inspect and clean all filters and strainers in the water system, and vacuum system, Inspect overall condition and operation of the equipment.
