Our strongest, most effective odor control additive, its highly concentrated formulation has low VOCs yet can overcome the most obnoxious odors. Recommended for use in odor control presealer solutions, in smoke odor suppressant applications, and as an odor control booster for heavy or severe odor situations such as strong pet odors, skunk odors, and death scenes. Last Resort Plus is emulsion-based, ensuring easy mixing and a low flash point that simplifies storage. For use only as an additive as directed by the label.

ITEMS NEEDED
• Odor Control products: ODORx® Last Resort Plus, ODORx® Liqui-Zone™, ODORx® 9D9™
• Additional products: Unsmoke® Unsoot™ #1 Encapsulant
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as specified in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
• Supplies: Empty 5-gallon pail, empty 1-gallon bottle, measuring cup, adequate supply of clean cloths and a plastic
bag for the storage of soiled cloths, measuring cup
• Equipment: airless paint sprayer, pressure or compression sprayer
SYSTEM SUMMARY
Read all steps before using the product.
1. DEATH SCENE / SKUNK / SEVERE PET ODORS To prepare ready to use odor suppressing decontaminant for spray
application, add the following to an empty gallon (4 L) container:
• Up to 1 ounce (30 mL) Last Resort Plus
• 8 ounces (240 mL) of Liqui-Zone
• Add enough warm tap water to make one gallon (4 L)
Use a pressure sprayer to apply this solution directly onto contaminated surfaces
IMPORTANT
• Liqui-Zone is an oxidizer and may damage fabrics, fabric dyes, etc. Pretest all surfaces to check for compatibility
before applying the treatment.
• Last Resort Plus is not a germicidal product. Items that have been contaminated with blood or body fluids must be
cleaned and decontaminated according to the United States Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA)
Blood Borne Pathogen Standard.
• Anything that has contact with body fluids and cannot be properly decontaminated should be discarded.
2. HEAVY SMOKE ODOR SUPPRESSION: Initial odor suppression is the first step in the Unsmoke® 3-Step Odor
Control System. Last Resort Plus can be used as an additive to ODORx 9D9, when attempting to suppress unusually
heavy smoke odor.
Combine the following in an empty 1 gallon (4 L) container:
• 4 to 6 ounces (120 to 180 mL) 9-D-9
• Up to 1 ounce (30 mL) Last Resort Plus

Spray (not fog) liberally onto odor sources. Be sure that contaminated surfaces are wetted out by this solution
3. DEODORIZING PRE-SEALER: Slightly burned or charred surfaces that are still structurally sound and not requiring
removal can remain a source of odor in the building. The use of a special pre-sealer controls these odors. To make 5
gallons (20 L) of deodorizing pre-sealer, combine the following in an empty 5 gallon container
• 1 gallon (4 L) Unsoot #1 Encapsulant,
• 1 quart (0.95 L) of 9-D-9,
• Up to 5 ounces (150 mL) Last Resort Plus
• Add enough warm tap water to make five gallons (19 L).
This solution will covers 500 to 750 square feet per gallon (46 to 70 square meters per 4 L) when applied with commercial
airless paint sprayer
SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS
• NOT FOR USE IN FOGGING UNITS
• IMPORTANT: The odor of this product, like any other common material with a fragrance may be irritating to some
persons with allergic sensitivity. It is recommended to allow occupants to “sniff test” the product prior to application.
For “sniff testing” prepare the ready-to-use solution and dip a note card or business card into the solution. Allow
occupant to “sniff” both wet and dried solution. Obtain permission from occupants prior to product application.
Individuals may reoccupy treated spaces when they feel physically comfortable and/or upon advice of their
consulting physician.
• Evacuate treatment area of humans and pets and keep children and pets away from chemical products, equipment,
and the work area. Thoroughly ventilate area prior to recoccupancy.
• Avoid contact with food and utensils.
• Not intended for use in HVAC systems.
• Cover delicate fabrics and materials.
• Issue proper respiratory equipment to personnel.
• Overuse may result in an objectionable, long lasting aroma in the treatment area.
